Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Lynchburg Country Inn. We are committed to providing a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for all our guests. Please take a moment to review our policies. By booking a room, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
1. Check-In / Check-Out:
Check-In Time: 3:00 PM
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
2. Reservation Policy
A valid government-issued photo ID and credit card are required at check-in.
Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve a room.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the check-in date to avoid a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a one-night room charge.
No-shows will be charged for the full first night's stay.
4. Payment Policy
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) and cash payments.
A valid credit card is required for incidentals, even if paying with cash.
Full payment is due at the time of check-in for all guests.
5. Occupancy Limits
Room rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guests may incur extra charges.
The maximum occupancy per room must not be exceeded.
6. Smoking Policy
Lynchburg Country Inn is a smoke-free property.
Smoking or vaping in guest rooms or indoor areas will result in a $250 cleaning fee.
Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
7. Pet Policy
We only allow Dogs. No Cats are allowed. Pet Pee is $25/pet/night.
Service animals as defined by the ADA are welcome. Please inform us in advance if you are traveling with a service animal.
8. Damages & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage to rooms, furnishings, or property caused by themselves or their visitors.
The hotel reserves the right to charge the cost of repair or replacement to the guest's account.
Lynchburg Country Inn is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of guests’ personal belongings.
9. Housekeeping
Daily housekeeping service is available. Please use the 'Do Not Disturb' sign if you prefer not to be disturbed.
Linens and towels are changed every 3rd day of your stay unless otherwise requested.
10. Parking
Complimentary parking is available to all registered guests.
One vehicle per room is allowed. Please register your vehicle at the front desk.
11. Prohibited Activities
The use of the hotel for unlawful purposes, parties, or gatherings that disturb other guests is strictly prohibited.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests engaging in inappropriate behavior.
